Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, or buyer's remorse. Each piece is one of a kind, and we encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and photographs carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases only:
1. Damage During Shipping
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The packaging and shipping box
- The shipping label
We will work with you to either replace the piece or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
2. Misprinted Prints
If you receive a print with a manufacturing defect (misalignment, color error, smearing, or other print quality issue), contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the defect. We will send a replacement print at no charge.
Minor color variations between your screen and the physical print are normal and are not considered misprints.
Original Artwork
Original gunpowder paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces created through an irreversible burning process. Due to their unique nature, originals cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping as described above.
Natural variations in burn patterns, powder texture, and tonal range are inherent to the gunpowder medium and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
Commissions & Custom Work
Custom commissions and live event artwork are non-refundable. Terms for commissioned work are agreed upon in a separate written contract before work begins.

If your purchase qualifies for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs showing the damage or defect
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
